    Highly toxic work environment and culture.
    The good thingsGood benefit and good bonus. Nothing else.
    The challengesAlthough the company is supposedly well-established and publicly listed, the way it is managed is worse than some SMEs I have worked with before. Cronyism is rampant, and promotions or rewards are based on how well employees please top management rather than on merit. Office politics are excessive, and the company still refuses to adopt modern systems, continuing to rely heavily on manual processes for almost everything.

    Perfect HR organization to learning how respect people
    The good thingsFriendly environment, manager not knowledge & innovation. So they only depending worker to decision for overtime.
    The challengesReally bad communication between production line and management. Production have no scheduled planning. and not leadership. Salary & bonus for a permanent staff are also very low.

    The challengesHow many times have you heard that the plant will be completely shut down by the middle of the year said New Management? 2016？ then 2019? after then 2024? Meant that New management dont know how manage take over plant

    Very Mainland Chinese Culture for new management join after 2017
    The good thingsGood office and comfortable although the air con is very cold. If you like winter weather all year round is perfect!
    The challengesOverall team is very supportive and hard working but some of management can be very two faced and vicious. I understood that there was a lot of politics within the leadership and this stops the good workers from growing within the company. If you are looking for a short term job or stepping stone is ok but long term very challenging due to the culture and politics.

    The good thingsGood culture, nice colleagues. Pantry got many snacks. You will together close supplier/vendor to get something by them. etc; meal, gift, hamper & angpow raya. Very a new working family here.
    The challengesI'm learn a lot of things also regarding SOP & politic in this company. However, because of desperation the politician they decide to give up all the efforts in MSC

    The good thingsIt was a fun & vibrant company. Because it was a start-up at Pulau Indah, the company was continually recruiting people in.
    The challengesBut everything changed, there was not enough experience of management skills to support the company's efficiency. And now, most of the talent of staff has resign and moved on.

    Give yourselves a chance. Don't ever join this company. Your time and experience are better off somewhere else.
    The good thingsIf you stay long enough and you are "Yes Man", then you able to get promotion or 2.5 months bonus. Otherwise, nothing good. Pls remember culture at here is "work smart rather than work hard".
    The challengesNo chance of progression. management refused to change. There are major stumbling blocks. There's no right or wrong. The only right is when the DCEO says so. Everyone must be yes man. Meetings are on average 2-3 hours long with no agenda, no objective, no conclusion. Forever harping on methodologies used in past glories.

    Stressful environment for HR Management
    The good thingsColleagues are good and friendly for union staff., very little peer level politics, mostly because the management is allowed us to accept hamper, angpow or meal from supplier/vendor, That staff are enjoying these kind of benefit.
    The challengesPoor management for HR & admin, very often long and pointless meetings run by management. Frequent changes in direction initiated by the whims of management. Little to no established SOPs, a joke for a company that likes to harp on their years of experience in the industry.

    The good thingsFree meal during meeting & Allowed us to receive gift/hamper from supplier for even festival celebration.
    The challengesBad environment. Low basic monthly income & not bonus. Management system shall improve. Benefit to staff shall improve. Decision from top management mind must change, especial HR in PI. Staff turnover fast.

    The challengesBad management, they’re don't know how to manage the projects and staff properly. Not proper structure in organization, even though, we suggested a good idea for improvement, but top management (HR, DECO) still stuck at their 80s mildest. not room for improvement.

    The challengesBad system, always be rushing and high urgency. Don't have proper planning and always be worried. Poor arrangement by Top Management (Group HR & Admin Manager). The welfare of the employee is not taken care of. No proper career development & not allow to discussion for any benefit said happy you stay, not happy you out!!!!!!!

    The challengesIf you're looking for a work life are enjoyable. unfortunately, it is not. Very tight and slow response caused unnecessary stress. Poor leadership. Challenging KPI. Unreasonable expectation and requirement from a complaint leader. Really unbalance work load and unfair working life.
