    Highly toxic work environment and culture.
    The good thingsGood benefit and good bonus. Nothing else.
    The challengesAlthough the company is supposedly well-established and publicly listed, the way it is managed is worse than some SMEs I have worked with before. Cronyism is rampant, and promotions or rewards are based on how well employees please top management rather than on merit. Office politics are excessive, and the company still refuses to adopt modern systems, continuing to rely heavily on manual processes for almost everything.

    Absolutely fantastic for the Yes man style!
    The good thingsGood things are simple and straight forward for those who do not have any opinion and just follow orders. Everything will be told by the Head of Group Human Recourse and Admin Manager & DCEO .
    The challengesWork culture like 3rd world country. poor planning ahead by TOP management team, and like to fault finding. no work life balance, no appreciation, big boss simply spent money without proper plan. Bad Lab & Engineering team, but other are worst.

    The challengesNot really a good organizations without caring our staff benefit. Our commercial (Head) just look on his own benefit with nothing flight to us. BAD

    The good thingsGOOD MANAGER, GOOD STAFF WORK TOGETHER. A LOT OF SPECIAL CASE CAN TREAT AND LEARN.
    The challengesHAVE A LOT OF THING TO EXPERIENCE DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, LEARN TO CHALLENEGE YOUR SELF TO SOLVE PROBLEM FOR THE UNRESPOSSIBLE PIC OF THE MANAGEMENT AND ETC.

    The challengesAs a century-old company, the problems faced by MSC are not only insufficient domestic tin supply, but also a major problem in efficiency caused by poor management. The profit margin has stagnated for a long time, which greatly limits the company's room for development.

    The good thingsFriendly environment, manager not knowledge & innovation. So they only depending worker to decision for overtime.
    The challengesReally bad communication between production line and management. Production have no scheduled planning. and not leadership. Salary & bonus for a permanent staff are also very low.

    The challengesVery poor management, all the top management, bosses everyday meeting but still cannot cooperate well. High operating cost... Double standard of bonus. No vision company. The management have no direction and vision for the company. The wisma also old school type.

    The challengesUpper management will very much not appreciate your hard work. They are not commensurate with all the hard work and effort that goes into their work. They'll put you in a position above your pay grade, but if there's some minor non-compliance issue, they won't offer you a raise or a promotion even if you hold a lot of performance.

    The good thingsI will probably say the double standard bonus between staff and management. HR & HOD only flight thier bonus by themselves, never take care bottom line.
    The challengesFirst of all, the management is inconsiderate and quite rude towards young staff. Have to fight yourself out of problems. Indirectly this culture makes you toxic altogether. Never trust anyone as everyone have their own agenda.

    The challengesThere are still lots of space for improvement on management, organizational structure, processes, systems, transparency and communication. Suggest to open sharing who is getting 6 month bonus on April 2023. i believe got 1 ladies (mini copper) get 6 month. TQ

    The good thingsLearned a lot in this company, met friendly and helpful suppliers to support us income.
    The challengesTOP Management is very unfair to expectation towards our performance. If can't get used to it, it is kind of stressful. GROUP Admin is double standard to management vs union staff. Himself getting 2.5 month bonus, and front line as union staff only getting 0.5 mth bonus.

    The good thingsIf you have other options, go for it, just not here. If you stay "Yes man. Yes, Yes, Yes" and get your work done you have a chance of surviving. If not you most likely will become a victim.
    The challengesYou get to do what you have been asked for, however it will never be enough, even though you had already done extras. The career/team structure was set to you to the extend which you somewhat are doing other's job, yet it doesn't considered as your contribution as your role, unless you highlight them aloud just to get noticed. Basically, the direction of your role will never be exact, as it's always changing every other days. Cross-role is expected. In fact, you have to always guess what's coming tomorrow and be prepared at all time. Interns? Highly not recommended to come if you want to get a proper industry training/experience. Good luck if you are applying here la~

    The good thingsGood office and comfortable although the air con is very cold. If you like winter weather all year round is perfect!
    The challengesOverall team is very supportive and hard working but some of management can be very two faced and vicious. I understood that there was a lot of politics within the leadership and this stops the good workers from growing within the company. If you are looking for a short term job or stepping stone is ok but long term very challenging due to the culture and politics.

    The challengesI'm learn a lot of things also regarding SOP & politic in this company. However, because of desperation the politician they decide to give up all the efforts in MSC
