Employees at the Malaysian Employers Federation appreciate the opportunities for learning and development through seminars, training, and exposure to various aspects of the company's operations. They also commend the peaceful and supportive work environment with good teamwork and little office politics, as well as the good leadership of the Executive Director.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as high workloads during periods of increased seminars, conferences, and training, leading to stress, overtime, and potential burnout. Great start for fresh graduates
The good thingsI was only an industrial trainee, particularly attached to finance department. Despite my background of study and department, I was given opportunities to attend seminars and training organized by the company itself. I was very thankful for that.
The challengesSmall size company hence less career advancement.

I should thankful to my manager cause give me a chance to expose almost everything in this company. If I get a chance to work in this company, yes I would love to! All the surroundings are great!
The challengesAs this company has a lot of seminars, conference and training, at one time, you will feel the stressful to finish the task immediately, lack of sleep, overtime everyday, get sick but you will slowly handle the stress and at the end you can manage the time very well.
