Great place to gain some experience esp for fresh grads but limited chance for career enhancement.
The good thingsFreedom, not much disturbance from upper positions. So, you can do your works peacefully. Workloads are manageable.
The challengessince everyone already in their comfort zone so they are all not open for major changes. Therefore, it is quite challenging to impose any new things or any changes esp in management side.

It is tough but I feel good to be here
The good thingsA good place to learn how to work independently and alone, the boss is quite supportive. I learn how to manage time so that I can cope with as many work task as possible, and I learn how to lead others to organise activities at the same time they learn how to become a good leader in leading a team of the organising committee.
The challengesMost of the time have to work independently and make decisions independently. The jobs here are totally new for me and I need to learn from scratch at the same time continue to improve.
