    Not a good place if you looking for opportunities for career development.
    The good thingsGood benefit given such medical claim, loan interest claim. Have annual increment and bonus.
    The challengesThe management did not see you, difficult to get promoted. Average to get promoted almost 10 years. The tasks given are not comparable to the position and salary. KPI achievement is irrelevant and unfair, sometimes people who have no job and get disciplinary problems even get a higher salary increase.
