    Average, but you can take it into account!
    The good thingsExperienced and amazing colleagues who have years of experiences in humanitarian field. I could definitely gain a lot of experiences and learnt about a lot of things and aspects in humanitarian field.
    The challengesLimited salary, improves of company's culture of staying up at the office especially not doing anything important as well as giving chances to employees to make decisions with calculated risks and be responsible for it as this is very important for career growth.

    The good thingsI got a lot of experience in humanitarian assistance including on making a product document on each project. MRA also will expose us to people in Humanitarian assistance such as UN, UNHCR, UNICEF and goverment agencies.
    The challengesLots of project document need to looking for, analyze all of the project data by time the time, weekend are full with external or internal program, however it is still fun and enjoyable.
