The good thingsExperienced and amazing colleagues who have years of experiences in humanitarian field. I could definitely gain a lot of experiences and learnt about a lot of things and aspects in humanitarian field.
The challengesLimited salary, improves of company's culture of staying up at the office especially not doing anything important as well as giving chances to employees to make decisions with calculated risks and be responsible for it as this is very important for career growth.
