    No qualified people do the job
    The good thingsMaybe work flexibility. But still they will disturb staff at home
    The challengesStaff do many jobscope. No specific jobscope here. Everyone can be manager, finance, hr, sales person, MA and Dr. They can simply ask non qualified staff to perform task that actually only competent person can do. And yes they love talking bad sides of other colleagues from top level management until lower level. Signed off!

    The good thingsHonestly none but maybe work flexibility
    The challengesNo training was provided even though was said they would. One person had to do 2/3 jobs and the worst is the bosses are not understanding at all on the issues or problems we face. They just want result. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
