The good thingsIn this company, you will be able to learn a lot of things! From detail drawings preparation, operating autoCAD & photoshop, dealing with the authorities, tendering, up to managing the project on site.
There are quite a number of senior staffs that can help you through out the project handling process.
As an established company, you can be proud telling others that you've worked here before!
The challengesAs there a many senior staffs there, most of them can't handle a computer, let alone producing drawings on their own! As a junior or a fresh graduate, these seniors will make you help them with everything. Well that's where you start learning and at the same time adding to your workloads.
In term of salary, it depends so much on your performance. Bonus will appear once in a blue moon..
