    No established standard SOP
    The good thingsThe pros in this company are the benefits were good. Insurance coverage, AL, countless events for staff and many more. However, since I never received any bonus due to my short service, so no comment for that.
    The challengesIn the department I used to work doesn't really has established SOP. I think SOP is really important when it comes to work process. The system used by this company also gave me hard time and not efficient at all. Gave myself a lot chances to manage all the workload, but cannot coop anymore due to the time limit. 1 person is not enough for this position in my opinion.
