You join for the salary, stay for the environment, but eventually leave because of poor leadership
The good thingsSalary and good colleague.
The challengesUnrealistic workload, zero training, and everything is “urgent.” Top management only listens to sales, especially a temperamental manager. High turnover due to poor hiring. You’re expected to figure things out alone. Not recommended unless you enjoy chaos.

    Micromanage and last minute job
The good thingsThe only things you enjoyed here was the job where you hone your skills(if you are into technical service job) and colleagues among service departments.
The challengesNo longer have planning and always last minute. You cannot make your own decision because of micromanage. ( Job distribution not equals, no matter how much you do even near death you will not earn more nor respect). Sales people will put blame on you even their own fault. No career development, only skills on job can be attained.

    Good Stepping for Fresh Grad
The good thingsAble to travel around the country and sometime may be overseas for working. Adequate training is provided. Colleagues are friendly, supportive and helpful. Flexible, afford to make mistake.
The challengesMicromanage and hierarchy working environment. Salary and remuneration package is uncompetitive in the market. Not much career development as there do not have any clear KPI for anyone. Must squeeze juice entertain multiple task and persons at the same time.

The challengesMicromanage company. Do not have much career development as don't have hierarchy to climb, don't have personal KPI Do not have annual increment. Benefits not attractive.

    Good place for learning
The good thingsThe colleagues were the best. Everyone treat you like family members and never backstabbing you. There's no office politics in this office. Flexibility at certain extend as boss will not pin point you for what've you done or how you do it. Somehow results is the thing they want to see.
The challengesSalary and company hierarchy. I would say the salary is rather uncompetitive in compared to other company offer. But it's a place you actually learn how to do things and of course problem solving. Due to unclear hierarchy there's always problems pops out from everywhere and you have to always be ready for it. Well, treat it as a kind of learning progress. Medical benefits to be improved.
