    A Great Place To Work
    The good thingsPeople work closely in a team like a family with transparent communication. Interaction across multiple departments exists. Beautiful campus. Many labs and equipment. Transparent and respectful management. Great place to work. No racism and value people who can work well.
    The challengesHigh teaching load and admin load. Need good time management to sustain work. Need improvement in research initiatives and grant opportunities. Need clear career development policy.

    The challengesThere are a lot of double standards by the management which limit our opportunities to have career development. If you are good with certain of people, you will have fast progression.
