    The good thingsGood working environments. Open concepts. Fast pace and great place to learn. Flexi work hours to choose. Yearly performance bonuses. Good employee welfare is a term that encompasses Hospitalization & Surgical insurance, Personal Accident insurance, sport club, annual dinner, company outing. Breakout area for break time with sitting and amenities of Microwave, Fridge. Coffee, Tea & Biscuits provided for employees.
    The challengesThe company is working on a lean workforce therefore be prepared to learn fast as you will expect to have a few tasks to complete at any one time.

Their sport club will organize annual dinner / annual trip / annual gift to the staff. Also award to those long service staff. Suggest to have Agile kind of methodology. Provide training to the staff for self improvement & benefits to the company.
    The challengesApproval process is slow, may need 4-5 times amendment before proposal is approved. No firm decision is given and bring you round the garden.
