    The good thingsA workplace for retirement. Enjoy together with colleagues. Having monthly birthday party celebration. Their sport club will organize annual dinner / annual trip / annual gift to the staff. Also award to those long service staff. Suggest to have Agile kind of methodology. Provide training to the staff for self improvement & benefits to the company.
    The challengesApproval process is slow, may need 4-5 times amendment before proposal is approved. No firm decision is given and bring you round the garden.
