Good exposure but messy management and no official job trainingThe good thingsA lot of exposure and self learning opportunity (provided you're proactive to learn and to get detailed information)
Reasonable salary
Good colleagues and bosses.
Good work life balance.
The challengesMessy management (many decision made was not transferred to us, hence many grey zone area and confusion in terms of what we should or should not do). Also, no official job training to ensure our proficiency in our job, hence all is self learning and by exposure (depends on exposure you may or may not learn).
However too strict control for white collar employee, no flexibility in terms of working time or lunch break.
