    The challengesA lot of office politics, don't tell anyone anything personally in this company otherwise people will gossiping about you, must good in interpersonal skill if you want to work, poor management, stressful to deal with difficult people

    The challengesHR very poorly organize. Little appreciation /staff recognition. Poor staff welfare. Management focus to much on sales only. Quality of staff need to be improved especially on sales and operations.

    The good thingsA company with 5 and 1/2 days working days a week. If you are looking for a job to earn some stable income & kill your precious time, this company will be your first choice. No much stress & used to go back on time. A company for fresh graduate that you may need more times to explore what is the future direction for yourself.
    The challengesNeed to travel among few centers. No much opportunities for career development. Stable incomes.
