Unfair benefits and recognition between local and expat employees. Prioritize on expats wellbeing only. Operating a decade but backwards and caveman way of workload. Focus on cost cutting when it comes to local employees benefits.
The good thingsFree lunch/carpark and health insurance.
The challengesMicromanaging & Controlling/Dictating Mid to Top Management.Distrusting local employees workload and Provided poor communication in work delegation. Focusing on growth of College and Neglect local employees career advancement/wellbeing. Last minute and constant change of workload. Manual and paperwork, repetitive prolonged workload. Focus on replacing than retaining employees that helped the growth of College. No loyalty benefits or acknowledgement for long term employees.

    Management has no consistency
The good thingsThe benefits are excellent. Free lunches, health and life insurance and many more. Good environment with the colleagues.
The challengesThe Senior Management Team has no consistency at all. The academic staff might reap the benefits however the support staff always get affected as a result of their inconsistency. Too many changes and always go back and forth. The bursar says one thing and the master would say the opposite. The bureaucracy is ridiculous. Micromanagement by the bursar affecting the staff so much. Almost feels like there's no trust to our work. When too much changes staff productivity is affected. Always change and the timeline will also be affected.

    Flexibility
The good thingsManagement is very flexible in staff working hours and understand staff needs. Management always has an open door for staff to highlight any issues and welcome all for any feedback to improve the college overall.
The challengesStill in progress or developing international school which massive standard of operating needs to be review and implement.
