    Excellent comoany that focusses on associate engagement
    The good things1) very focused on engagement 2) Management not afraid to take risk for associated to learn on the job and grow 3) great benefits and all decisions is based on mutuality
    The challenges1) too lean and low chance for promotion 2) too much cost cutting and associates often burdened with extra tasks(planning engagement activities) 3) management is constantly changing and very unstable

    Good culture but too frequent of restructuring
    The good thingsGood people with good culture. Good corporate value, unfortunately not many practice it any more especially the new Mgmt team.
    The challengesToo frequent of restructuring in very short of period leading to unclear direction and messiness. As the structure shrunk with every restructuring, job stability & security becomes a concern of the employees. Process of talent placement due to restructuring was not transparent.

    The best work experience I have
    The good thingsColleagues and managers treat me with respect , willing to let me try many crazy ideas,pet friendly, most importantly all have strong passions towards the purpose of the company- real pet lovers that care about cats and dogs. Senior leaders are very down to earth and take time to develop young people like me. They get their hands dirty to when it comes to ground work, just like any other executives here. Learnt a lot during my journey here.
    The challengesDo not expect to be spoon fed as the company is a forward thinking company. There is no time to be lazy here. Very fast pace company. The seniors here are not stingy to share their open and honest views, sometimes it is hard for a slow learner to pick up. Another challenge—- one easily gain weight in this company.
