    The challengesSame time misunderstanding wit operation staff because all forigner. I will track back all thecmissing receiving document, and get it back from vendor.

    The good things1. Close knit environment between higher management and middle management level. 2. Certain higher management personnel are easily approachable for advise or opinion.
    The challenges1. Manually driven operation management with high usage of paper. 2. Unwilling to accept changes-type of mindset from certain management personnel. 3. High turnover rate causing incomplete handover of work tasks to replacement personnel. 4. Company benefits offered is below par compared to other companies. 5. Company that give in too much to oblige to customer's request.
