    'Great Place To Work' Award is a scamThe only positives here are that they have a work-life balance, flexible working hours, and do work from home most of the time. The negatives here outweigh the pros, extremely low salary even after joining with experience, low increment, no career growth, repetitive work. Maybe suitable for fresh grads, but not recommended to stay long.

    The good thingsEnvironment, suitable for working moms because the task won't require you to bring back work if you were assigned in Medical Services Department. You do well, you get rewarded and Vice Versa. Good manager that keep empowering people. Never failed to remit the salary on time, Claims were process fast.
    The challengesRepetitive work on daily basis especially in Medical Services Department and not challenging at certain points. Career growth is limited.

    The good things- The nature of the work itself as a conversion engineer, one can see what's the real technology created for medical. Not everyone can get the opportunity to be part of family of a company working with 3D printing, The company uses this technology help surgeons to build knees, facial, hand models in the operations. Its a very meaningful job that one can help in contribute to the society.
    The challenges- It will be nice if the product can be promoted in the Malaysia market although its mainly in the Europe and US as it will be costly . - Sometimes the process of creating the anatomy maybe difficult as it mainly depends on the quality of the scans obtained from patients.
