    AI summary of recent reviews

Materialise offers several positive aspects that employees consistently praise, including excellent work-life balance with flexible and hybrid working arrangements. The company provides a supportive and friendly environment with helpful colleagues, and employees appreciate working in a multicultural setting with global exposure. Many find satisfaction in working with innovative medical technology and contributing to healthcare solutions through 3D printing.

However, employees have noted some areas for improvement, including limited career growth opportunities within the organisation and remuneration that falls below industry standards. Some roles, particularly in the Medical Services Department, involve repetitive tasks, and there are opportunities to enhance HR support for employees.

'Great Place To Work' Award is a scamThe only positives here are that they have a work-life balance, flexible working hours, and do work from home most of the time. The negatives here outweigh the pros, extremely low salary even after joining with experience, low increment, no career growth, repetitive work. Maybe suitable for fresh grads, but not recommended to stay long.
