Extreme high volume task and unable to complete due to low head count
The good thingsWorking environment is normal, can learn many different things and task which is other job role.
The challengesHigh stress, low salary, and many task given to handle at once, low head count, one person handle few person job.

LATE Paycheck! Delay EPF!!!
The good thingsKind superior that able to give proper guidance. However..
The challenges1. Benefits removed, multiple months of delay EPF. Inconsistent and late paycheck with excuses, such as company financial issue.
2. Senior employees does not play well with new comers which indirectly impacting company turn over. (HIGH TURNOVER)
3. Incompetent management
4. Only 8 days of leave applicable for new joiner.
5. Legacy way of managing company by the owner
Think twice before you consider this company!

The challengesHigh turnover of staff,a lot of task to handle which not relate on yours job scoop. Once a staff just work half day and lost. Managements is weak, low increments.
