    The challengesWORKING HOURS - I DID'NT EXPECT THAT I'M GOING TO STAYBACK EVERYDAY AND NEED TO WORK ON WEEKENDS I NEED TO DO OUT OF MY JD TASK ; AD HOC TASK AND SECRETARIAL TASKS FOR A BEGINNER, SECRETARIAL TASK IS SOMETHING THAT I DONT REALLY INTERESTED IN AND I DONT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN SECRETARIAL WORKS, SO I FOUND IT QUIET HARD AT FIRST TO ADAPT WITH THAT.
