The challengesThe utilities are quite outdated and poor higher management effort to retrofit the old utilities equipment

The good thingsHave a very good boss, giving guidances all the times, always showing good leadership. Always giving encouragement to the subordinates no matter of theirs skin-type, religion background, race etc.

The challengesThe red tape and poor vendor capability for executing the project. Onboarding need improvement with much information not provided and difficulty or less support from IT department. Office politics and blame-game seems to proliferate.

Great place for career growth
The good thingsThe facilities are great like gym, canteen and car park. Toilets and prayer rooms are easily accessible and clean. The cleaner has their work schedule to clean the rooms. The HR is organised and the IT team is superb. My supervisor is helping me in completing my task. She gave detailed explanation on what I should do and why it should be done that way.
The challengesThe work stress is real here. You have to be mentally strength to cope with the fast moving company. I like that this company challenges their worker as I can increase my learning curve and keep learning till my last career.

The good thingsThere are in-house training provided for employee to participate for free
The challenges12-hours shift which will be quite troublesome for people with family. But it's only for non-executives. Other challenge is too fully and deeply understand the processes involved in manufacturing one solar cell.

I am responsible to analyse metal sampling by using ICPMS. Besides, I am a process technician which is person incharge to monitor and ensure the quality of product in the process.
The good thingsI enjoy working with many people as my job require me to get along and 'aligned' with the operators woking in the process. This job also enable me to gain confidence as ititto require me to deal with many people and to make decisions as well.
The challengesI could not think any challenge that I am not enjoy while working for this company. I enjoy everything. Every new thing I learn always excite me, and to look forward to as I always wondering if I can do this better.

Working as Yield Engineer and involve more on data analysis for problem solving.
The good thingsThis solar company expose more on solar manufacturing industry to make solar cell before export to other countries to build solar panel. Other than that, the solar manufacturing involve multiple steps like etching process, thermal and chemical process as well. My jobs is to ensure yield is running meet target and reduce any yield loss in production line.
The challengesThis company is not fully auto run production but it running semi auto process which means involve 22 step process need to go through to build up solar cell. Other than that, the control of particle environment in clean room also can be main factor to ensure the step process is running fine without having any issue related to particle issue.
