    The good thingsSalary & Subordinates. The utilities and the site knowledge that could be learn. A ton of experience worker to share their knowledge.
    The challengesThe utilities are quite outdated and poor higher management effort to retrofit the old utilities equipment

    The good thingsHave a very good boss, giving guidances all the times, always showing good leadership. Always giving encouragement to the subordinates no matter of theirs skin-type, religion background, race etc.

    The good thingsThe pay and compensation is ok.
    The challengesThe red tape and poor vendor capability for executing the project. Onboarding need improvement with much information not provided and difficulty or less support from IT department. Office politics and blame-game seems to proliferate.

    The good thingsThe MNC or listed company structure and departmental bureaucracy exposure and learning with the documentation and SOP for the meeting and interdepartmental communication.
    The challengesCross-communication and implementing harsher milestone for the vendors found to be difficult with the unfamiliarity of the new technology.
