    Our mission is to continuously improve the interaction between passengers and drivers, and help people move towards their goals.Since 2003, we have been developing innovative technologies for booking taxis, making our service more modern, accessible and safe. Accounting for the specific features of big cities and small towns, we let passengers order taxis in whatever way they find convenient. Drivers can more efficiently find and transport passengers, reducing passengerless driving and idle time.The company began as a small taxi booking service in Shadrinsk, a small Ural town. It was founded by young engineers from Kurgan, who were experts at industrial processes and production automation.The founders, together with invited drivers, worked as taxi drivers using their private vehicles.They wanted to automate the process of booking taxis as much as possible and make their service broadly available.The company`s path of continuous improvement led its founders to create a division of labor, with everyone performing a specialized role. Some people would build a modern call center and train operators, some people would develop software and provide technical support, some people would attract customers and drivers, and others would do the driving. Today the service involves the teamwork of specialists in a wide variety of disciplines.In the first six years, operations were established in four cities, efficient business processes were organized, and a culture of mutually beneficial cooperation was formed. As a result, the company has continued to expand. For example, we opened branches in seven cities simultaneously in 2009 and expanded to 17 more cities in 2010. Now we reach 22 new cities each year!In each city, we step up the competition, give drivers jobs, pay taxes, and work for the benefit of both the people and the economy.We are proud that our ambitions and hard work have produced a system that supports the service`s ongoing operations and provides analytics for agile management of the business. A professional operator training program was developed based on our specifications. Now a huge number of orders, which come in round-the-clock, are received by phone, our website, and the Maxim app at the Russian Federation`s largest call center specializing in receiving and processing orders for passenger and freight transportation. The call center also supports drivers who work with the orders via the Taxsee driver app.In 2014, we began working internationally, opening our offices in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Bulgaria, Tajikistan, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Italy. We have grown into an international company.Our goal is to become a global brand, giving our customers the opportunity to use the Maxim service as they travel to different cities and countries.We love creating technologies and a business that are on par with our industry`s leading global companies.It’s time to go!
