    The good thingsThe job scope is easy to understand & the company have provide a training session. Salary, etc. is very organized and timely received without delay. Enjoy a good increase & bonus every year but there must be good work performance and good discipline.
    The challengesAs a call service, you will be dealing with a wide variety of people's behaviors & attitudes. Sometimes dealing with immature thinking of some people and some miscommunication. But, you have to be mentally prepared for unexpected situation.

    The good thingsthe salary is quite good. good working environment since there is only a few staff in one office branch. have a training session which can guide you throughout your probation period.
    The challengessince this is an international company, so it is quite challenging in term of communication skills, you have to know how to handle stress well. for this role, you have to do an outdoor activities such as handle an event and promote using traditional marketing. so you need to be physically and mentally ready.

    The good thingsTrusting, flexible and not micromanaging. Am allowed to work as an adult, where I felt trusted and not being micromanaged as long as the target is achieved. Superior is flexible, understand that a staff is a human, where sometimes we have unavoided personal matters to be solved.
    The challengesAs a recruiter, getting candidates especially after pandemic is a challenge regardless of which company you are from. Candidates should aware that as a developing international start up company in Malaysia, we should not over expecting the benefits. Here salary is good, but don't expect the benefits to be as lavish as the other well established companies. It is also kinda challenging to look for operations candidates who can cope up with international working culture. Both sides, the candidates /staff and the operations international coordinator should always strive to look for common ground for the stability and benefits of the company. Mature strategizing could play an important roles in ensuring the success of the operations.

    The good thingsMobile app is very practical and easy to use, there's a lot of options for clients and accommodating conditions for drivers. In my opinion, the company is offering very interesting job scope. And has a lot of opportunities for growth/ If you show that you care about the brand and willing to show results, there's a lot of possibilities. The team is very young and passionate!
    The challengesYou always have to be in touch, sometimes even after work hours. But I think it's ok bc the company is international and some times you have to be ready to take care of some work related issues. Maybe also will be better if the company can offer a space in the office for lunching. Some times you do not have time to go outside for lunch.
