The challengesAs a recruiter, getting candidates especially after pandemic is a challenge regardless of which company you are from. Candidates should aware that as a developing international start up company in Malaysia, we should not over expecting the benefits. Here salary is good, but don't expect the benefits to be as lavish as the other well established companies.
It is also kinda challenging to look for operations candidates who can cope up with international working culture. Both sides, the candidates /staff and the operations international coordinator should always strive to look for common ground for the stability and benefits of the company. Mature strategizing could play an important roles in ensuring the success of the operations.
