    The major downside is the Management.
    The good thingsThe employee is friendly and supportive due to younger age range, annual salary increment, bonus (half of monthly salary), and work life balance.
    The challengesThe Management - minimal knowledge in MY HR practice but lack of trust upon local employee which eventually lead to frustration. Near to zero benefits provided, and no career advancement.

    The good thingsThe company provides a competitive salary in the market. Depending on the department, you will rarely get a work related enquiries after working hours or weekend. Statutory contributions are paid, the company complies with Malaysian labor law.

    Many good things
    The good thingsThe job scope is easy to understand & the company have provide a training session. Salary, etc. is very organized and timely received without delay. Enjoy a good increase & bonus every year but there must be good work performance and good discipline.
    The challengesAs a call service, you will be dealing with a wide variety of people's behaviors & attitudes. Sometimes dealing with immature thinking of some people and some miscommunication. But, you have to be mentally prepared for unexpected situation.

    The challengesCreating awareness on our service throughout the whole Malaysia sounds easy if you know what your plan are. Need to understand in all factors.

    More than 2 years in Maxim and counting
    The good thingsMobile app is very practical and easy to use, there's a lot of options for clients and accommodating conditions for drivers. In my opinion, the company is offering very interesting job scope. And has a lot of opportunities for growth/ If you show that you care about the brand and willing to show results, there's a lot of possibilities. The team is very young and passionate!
    The challengesYou always have to be in touch, sometimes even after work hours. But I think it's ok bc the company is international and some times you have to be ready to take care of some work related issues. Maybe also will be better if the company can offer a space in the office for lunching. Some times you do not have time to go outside for lunch.
