If you want employees to stay long-term, avoid assigning tasks beyond their capabilities. Each role comes with a defined job scope and title—honor that. Fair compensation is essential; salary should reflect the workload and responsibilities. Loyalty cannot be expected without proper support and recognition.
The good thingsIn the beginning, working here seems like a good start, as the ample guidance is provided. Colleagues are incredibly kind, supportive, and foster a positive work environment built on teamwork and mutual respect, free from any toxic culture.
The challengesHowever, over time, the workload steadily increases, often including tasks beyond the original job scope. The salary remains disproportionately low compared to the workload. It often feels like two positions are assigned to one person. I found myself working beyond regular hours, including weekends.
