The challengesCareer progression is very slow, similar to government, advantage given to frontrunners, sales and so on. Support department will get no recognition whatsoever, only reprimanded if incompetent. Support department will have a risk of being deployed, headcount reducing without being replaced, but work load keep increasing as well as KPI expectations. My exec responsibility is similar to manager.
