    Goodbye and Thank You
The good thingsStarted as a fresh grad here. Since the number of employee is relatively small, you learn just about everything you need to know to run your own engineering business. The people here are nice especially the akaks2. I've moved on but this company will always hold a dear place in my heart.
The challengesLow salary with little to no increament, no career growth, management doesn't really know the nature of the business. You can't just plug and play a person from outside to be in charge, the nature of the market is different so different way of approaching needs to be considered. To them Sales figures are all that matters.... I can go on, but at the time of this writing this company is no more. For all the stress that I've endured, thank you for making me a better person.

    Good Staff, Weak Management
The good thingsYouthful and active team, but sad that the good ones will leave after short period. Benefits are good, but management will use this as reason for low pay.
The challengesThe management is made up of salesman who makes promises they have no intention to keep. Many staff leave because they feel cheated.

    Bad Office Politics
The good thingsGood team spirit because of the colleagues. But sad because most people will leave after short period.
The challengesManagement take care of themselves and their own people. When company losing money or mess up in project, the staff are blamed.

Best place to be for sales comprehensive learning experience
The good thingsFor fresh graduate out from University with minimum exposure to real business world of sales would call this place a heaven.Your not only being coached everything and I really mean everything from every process there is from a simple cold call to successfully nail that orders and it does not stop there you will even know how every other department that support a sales process bé it finance, logistic or even the support team all will be exposed in simple manner because this all not though by a book on how to be a efficient sales person, this thought by real experience of this has been done successfully.Hands on! But hey... would it be boring? No way we often laugh on the work floor as each other having real fun doing this.
The challengesIt has to be your co workers as everyone are in same energetically level of doing something better than a day before or week or month. It's a healthy competition to out do each other yet you need everyone to achieve your own goal.Such a mechanism that by helping others to get their sales it actually adds up back to your own eventually and that's really make everyone be responsible and create this challenging work environment
