    Goodbye and Thank You
The good thingsStarted as a fresh grad here. Since the number of employee is relatively small, you learn just about everything you need to know to run your own engineering business. The people here are nice especially the akaks2. I've moved on but this company will always hold a dear place in my heart.
The challengesLow salary with little to no increament, no career growth, management doesn't really know the nature of the business. You can't just plug and play a person from outside to be in charge, the nature of the market is different so different way of approaching needs to be considered. To them Sales figures are all that matters.... I can go on, but at the time of this writing this company is no more. For all the stress that I've endured, thank you for making me a better person.
