    Poor SOP set up but great working environment
    The good thingsWorking culture Lot of fun to work with bunch of happy colleagues. Less politics than other shipping lines.
    The challengesVery poor in setting up SOP without proper discussion and review among department, last minute change of procedure without much discussion etc... System is improving but still a gap to fit be number 1 position.

    Love my job but office politics made me quit
    The good thingsLove the Managing Director, love my team, love my job. It's a excellent place to work as a first job but not long term.
    The challengesTerrible office politics. Departments not working together. Hated the micromanaging and how under staff we were. Felt like there was a first class and second class under the micromanagement. Job load too much. No career growth.

    The good thingsThe staffs are very nice and friendly. A very strict and kind hearted HR Manager.
    The challengesWhat you can expect from an office. Of course, little bit of drama. But its okay, everyone is super busy, so just do your job and settle it for daily basis. Dont make it to settle the next day.

    The good thingsManagers in this company are really effective at leading teams. Great teamwork among coworkers and great working environment. Employees are allowed to take short break and pantry is stuffed with drinks and snacks. Many team bonding activities carried out from time to time. Always active in festival celebrations.
    The challengesThe stress level might be slightly high due to service line, everything must be done in limited time. Frequency of overtime 6/10 days depends on the seasons.

    Great company!
    The good thingsI live working here since the environment is very good. Since it is international company, so many things you can learn here such as how other country like Geneva manage their bussiness. They alao provide all the facilities needed for muslim and my superior (non-muslim) also very understanding regarding my duty to my religion. Although this company was my first job experience, I gain so much knowledge here. Overall, I feel blessed and very satisfied.
    The challengesAccount itself is very challenging though. I am new with the system and its quite hard for me to cope at first but glad I am learning fast.

    The good thingsHarmony environment. We never treat each other as a colleagues but as part of the family. Main contribution will be from the General Manager to bring/ gather up all the people into one family that stay under one roof. We sail the ship together and sink together
    The challengesSalary wise need to suit based on current economic trend. Giving more chance to newbie to explore more on job skills. This will expand not only on company growth but tighten up the family bond.
