    Poor SOP set up but great working environment
    The good thingsWorking culture Lot of fun to work with bunch of happy colleagues. Less politics than other shipping lines.
    The challengesVery poor in setting up SOP without proper discussion and review among department, last minute change of procedure without much discussion etc... System is improving but still a gap to fit be number 1 position.

    The challengesSuperior was hard to please. Conflicting and ambiguous instructions which alway ended up getting blames from superior. No leadership and not prepared to provide guidances.
