I worked here before and wrote review here.
The good thingsYou will have a work life balance by working 5 days a week. Overall, it’s okay when comes to package. But the market is getting more competitive. You will need to work hard and harder to get a better package.
The challengesCompany practices micromanagement, which is common in some SMEs, but a little bit too much. Spicy words - Micromanage more than your mum Overall, 50% pro-50% cons. If you care about company culture and working environment, it might not be your best fit. If you are here to learn something and get some experience, it may help. Subjective review, don’t judge :)

The company offers a low basic salary compared to other retail pharmacies and has poor management practices. Employees face excessive and challenging SOPs, with the outlet being monitored 24/7 by over 15 CCTV cameras, creating a stressful and restrictive work environment. There are no product incentives during the probation period, and staff are expected to be highly proactive, including responding promptly to management’s WhatsApp messages even on days off. Failure to respond requires submitting an explanation letter, further adding to the pressure.
The good things1. Reasonable allowances (phone, meal, parking, and transport) 2. High learning opportunities, especially in medication, due to less crowd.
The challenges1. Low basic salary compared to other retail pharmacies. 2. Poor management practices with excessive SOPs to be followed. 3. Management always monitors the outlet 24/7 4. No product incentive during the probation period. 5. MUST be proactive

Pharmacy Assistant in providing excellent customer service and accurate medication dispensing and have ability to organised inventory management.
The good thingsBeing a good pharmacy assistant gives me the work experience to understand the medical profession and the qualities that I need to succeed within it. To most people in the field, being a Pharmacy Assistant is an important and meaningful career option. While they might not be on the front lines like doctors and nurses, they play a vital role in patient health nonetheless.
The challenges Communication Pharmacy assistants need strong communication and interpersonal skills to answer customer questions about medications, drug types, and costs. Knowledge of drugs and pharmacy math Pharmacy assistants should have a general knowledge of drug terms and pharmacy math.
