    Founded in 2011, Mega Salutes Sdn Bhd (Mega Salutes) began its journey of becoming a leading provider of superior construction services with the undertaking of its first project, the Lot 10 Boutique Hotel Kuching refurbishment in 2014. And since then, the company has managed to grow by leaps and bounds, with the subsequent undertaking of several other high-profile projects, such as the Culvert Hotel Resort in Santubong, and the upcoming Volvo Showroom in Bintawa and 5-star Resort in Santubong.

    The good thingsThe company offer opportunities to the employees at all levels. Management always looks for ways to match employees’ skills and passions with the organization’s needs. They observe what the employee is good at doing. They converse with the employee to find out what he or she is interested in learning or doing, and how he or she would like to see his or or her career unfold.
    The challengesManagement places high expectation on the employees and wish to see the continuous improvement from the employee. Employees strive to be multi-tasking to win themselves a better chance to climb up the corporate ladder.
