    Great place to learn on Export and Import matters
    The good thingsThe working environment is good. Excellent colleague and they willing to teach you from zero to hero. working hours is decent. However you have to willing working late or come during weekend if required. The company will pay you overtime fees so not need to worry about this.
    The challengesThe deadline is tight especially when furnishing the export shipping documents. For Import side, dealing with the forwarders and external parties is quite challenging.

    Awesome for fresh start but awful to continue
    The good thingsGreat place to learn for fresh graduates as a starting job, systematic on paper which only exist in company with such scale, great opportunity is solely treated as a stepping stone.
    The challengesNo extra exposure after working few years, no training or further motivation plan given except the initial systematic knowledge gained, very slow career and salary progress, demographically weak as really few young workforce remained, working culture of the whole group is old, demotivating, demoralizing, innovation stagnated, very bad working environment that may cause future health issues.

    The good thingsVery flexible working place. Did not have much stress as most of the time the plant was stop. Less workloads and had plenty of time to do your own things. The management did not have any direction. They only busy preparing reports to boss.
    The challengesThis company needed to change it management teams as the management was doing a lousy job. They did not know how to operate a company or worked as a team.They just spent most of the time in finding excuess and reasons to entertain the boss. The management only cares about their own benefits and did not think for their staffs. The benefits was terrible as well.

    The good thingsStaff are friendly. Company is far from City, thus traffics are less compare to City like KL.
    The challengesCash flow are terrible, have to do purchasing under this circumstances. Planning are terrible too, is like changing few times every month.

    The good thingsI have a great time here at Megasteel Sdn. Bhd. The factory here in banting where they make produce steel is up to standard requirement. They canteen, prayer room, and large parking. I worked here as An intern at electrical department. They really looking after me here, the engineer, senior and junior. They help me a lot. I definitely recommend anyone to come here. It's a good start for a career.
    The challengesI probably blame myself for not taking the chance to try and do well subsequently work there permanently. The facility was great for me, Megasteel was a great experience for me, I have nothing against them. The only downside is maybe salary, which is average there.

    The good thingsThis employer pay your salary + bonus even though company in hard time. So worker no need to worried about your outside commitments. Nice working environment with good superior & colleagues to guide you. Can learn lot of new things here.Will train you to work in multitask & exposure you to work in independently or in team work.There is clinics inside plant for emergency & medical cards.
    The challengesThe difficult part here is you need to handle manpower (Foreign workers ) especially from India,Bangladesh, Nepal & China. So there will be communication problem (language).Challenging part is, you need to convince your superior regarding your work progress with help of projector,drawings and site photos. Always need to make sure workers obey to safety rules & regulations & also you.
