    Established in the 1930's, The Lion Group is diversified business group encompassing retail & trading, property development, mining, steel, agriculture, computer and security services. It has operations in Malaysia, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, USA and Mexico, with an annual group turnover of approximately RM20.4 billion (US$6.7 billion).The Lion Group started its first rolling mill in 1978 and ventured into upstream steelmaking with the establishment of a Steel Meltshop in 1982. Since then, it has steadily expanded its steel operations to become one of the major producers of long steel products namely billets, steel bars and light sections.Fuelled by the country’s economic growth and development, the increasing demand for steel has led to the Group’s venture into the flat steel products industry with the establishment of Megasteel Sdn Bhd.

    Great place to learn on Export and Import matters
    The good thingsThe working environment is good. Excellent colleague and they willing to teach you from zero to hero. working hours is decent. However you have to willing working late or come during weekend if required. The company will pay you overtime fees so not need to worry about this.
    The challengesThe deadline is tight especially when furnishing the export shipping documents. For Import side, dealing with the forwarders and external parties is quite challenging.
