I would not recommend this company for fair growth, proper guidance, or structured processes. The good thingsDespite this, my colleagues were excellent and supportive, which was the only bright spot.
The challengesManagement was inexperienced and often gave last-minute, mixed-up instructions without understanding the processes. SOPs were ignored, and there was a tendency to pursue shortcuts or even borderline unethical practices. Staff were frequently asked to multitask and cover other people’s jobs, making it difficult to focus on core responsibilities.
Compensation and growth were disappointing. There were no bonuses or benefits, public holidays were cut, and there were no annual salary increments. Performance was never properly reviewed, and confirmation-based raises seemed purely luck-based, regardless of supervisor recommendations. The standard 6-month probation for all levels felt uncertain and inconsistent.
