    Working was fun with good colleagues but the type of management and leadership change everything and bring toxic unhealthy environment to work.
    The good thingsWorking in hospitality is fun and enjoyable when dealing with different types of guest. Due to this is an international channel brand, its more exposed to international standards. Systems being provided is also convenient and helpful for mass daily transaction.
    The challengesSarcastic management and favoritism and those who are not coming from hotel background is giving hard times because they assume they can bring the culture from non hotel to hotel culture, and not willing to accept changes.

    The good thingscan learn more things and take experience in a our sections and hotel also.Why i am said this because every under starwood group hotel there got many style of core value,and we can research and get more design and what signature hotel have.I am work as Four Points By Sheraton Penang we have our signature dish,core value etc. Aloft Hotel,Sheraton also have their etc. TQ
    The challengesWill do research in my section,try new recipe better that pass,hope will do some result than everyone can accept and upgrade myself to another level.Now i am just position from cook to demi chef,i hope that in a shortly time can one level one level upgrade myself in future,so i need more hardworking and do my best.

    The good thingsI enjoy my work in AP.Good working environment and friendly colleagues.
    The challengesMust finish work on time to meet deadlines.Need to stay back late often in order to finish my work during closing time.No ot claim allowed.Staff turnover are very high in every month.Few months back log are there to clear and short of staff in an opening hotel.
