The good thingsThe management is good. A lot of benefit, can work from home. Less protocol can wear slipper at office. Very comfortable.

Great Working Place and Friendly Environment

The good thingsOpen and inclusive management culture. Management willing to listen to ideas but implementation subject to bosses approval. Friendly colleagues. Not much OT required if planning is done right. Parking available.

The challengesBenefits are average. No allowances. Some processes are manual but slowly undergoing digitalization.
