Good things and Challenges
The good thingsTraining and guidance by advisor, scrum master and mentor. Respectful culture so far. Comfortable office chair. Company trip with meals provided. Some tasks are interesting.
The challengesClarify with BA about requirements, rush to complete a project. Once completed, BA gives many requirement changes to amend asap. From what I perceive, BA is always at an advantage when negotiating with developer, because BA can say "the client is rushing" or "the client changes their mind".
Sometimes, BA gives requirement that has already been done, that's bad requirement analysis. When giving additional requirement, try to check if the system already has it.
Spaghetti code. Usually, many tasks are template and report, which can be mundane.
