    The good thingsLearning and effort is a very important thing. Incredible job scope when you need to control your working pressure. Anything is awesome. Nice Experience i have. Please don't scare with new opportunity.
    The challengesStronger then what i think. Unexpected when i join and the culture is very professional. Every one, every day, every time need to explore more and learn by self. however that team will be more strong when out because of learning process.
