The challengesbad management, management lack of communication skill, bad planning skill, management want as to work on weekend and holidays. a lot of projects handled by this company is delayed. no bonus. difficult to apply leaves, huge turnover, 10 staff resign but only 3 new internship student join, always lack of staff.
no dental, no spec, no gym, no sport you only get outpatient medical card.
