    Bad management, old fashion thinking.
    The good thingswork from home or hybrid work. salary always on time 27 each month.
    The challengesbad management, management lack of communication skill, bad planning skill, management want as to work on weekend and holidays. a lot of projects handled by this company is delayed. no bonus. difficult to apply leaves, huge turnover, 10 staff resign but only 3 new internship student join, always lack of staff. no dental, no spec, no gym, no sport you only get outpatient medical card.

    The challengesYou have to own personal transport to go project site that you asked to go to and probably located away from your area.

    The good thingsI love to work with this company. Mesiniaga is a good company for young people who is just graduated or looking for an internship or want to gain experiences. Colleagues is awesome and friendly this included with other departments and the managers. I will give 5 stars if . . .
    The challengesMesiniaga is a well established company and well-known but it has been so many years there is no salary increment, no bonuses nor good benefits. Mesiniaga should done something and looks seriously into this matters.

    The good thingscan work from home via remote session. maybe once a month come to office to submit claims and build rappo with boss. a lot of allowances. quality and fair appraisal to all staffs.
