It has 298 rooms and suites and wide range of facilities for leisure and business travelers such as fitness centre, restaurant, meeting rooms, Ballroom and etc. It is also a premier convention and wedding venue in the city.Shopping Complex and Condominium. Adjacent to The Grand Renai Kota Bharu Hotel are the Kota Sri Mutiara shopping complex and a Mutiara Tower condominium. The 6-storey shopping complex with a total floor area of approximately 34,400 square meters consists of a supermarket, food court and about 100 units of shoplots.
