    Good place to work but no career progress. Make sure to demand your salary before accepting the job.

    The challenges1. Unable to progress career as most the higher position is taken by people that will stay forever in the company. 2. Force staff to work in the office eventhough the work nature is online. 3. You will be having hard time to explain complex problem to higher management as they unable to see it in wider perspective or out of box or using critical thinking. 4. HR would not fight for you if you have issue with building management, they have low knowledge about anything other then HR job. For example: reporting high parking rate due to broken parking machine. 5. They stick with old fashion thinking and unable to accept new way of doing thing. 6. They will not like to see you happy and take it easy, they will always find a way for you to work harder even its not reasonable.

    Toxic, Unprofessional and Unfriendly
    The good thingsThere is nothing good here. All expensive but low salary.
    The challengesToxic work environment. Old-minded and unprofessional management. Managers here only care about their matters and like to blame or back stabbing people. They are so fussy about small and unimportant details. If you argue with them, then they blame you again. All managers here cannot la, narrow and childish minded. All I can say is this place is not for the long-term stay. Think twice before you apply.

    Short term working/learning will be fine. Long term..? Unless you are one of the minor lucky one to be able to reach management level, else, strongly a pass. It can be toxic and like a birdcage.

    The challengesCompany philosophy was good, but not the local management level. Can be very self centered & cunning, often not committed to the promise they made.

    The good thingsproper training for those fresh engineer or technician and trained at HQ which you can learn all the technical skills which you will use it one day in the field. Beside that, they provided activity/team building monthly to rebuild the team work among the colleagues or different division, so that the work flow can be effective complete.
    The challengesThe working hour longer and need to travel a lot which need to complete the job. If you need to work on time and go back, it will be the challenge. You need the chemical background if you in charge for the analytical instruments.
