    the experience was positive with a good working environment though flexibility could be improved.
    The good thingsThe working environment is positive, and colleagues are friendly, supportive, and easy to collaborate with.
    The challengesThe company is based in Malaysia, but leave entitlement follows the Singapore holiday calendar. There is limited backup from the Singapore team during Malaysian public holidays such as Hari Raya. Remote work is difficult to obtain and strictly dependent on managerial approval. Work-from-home is typically allowed only with solid reasons, reflecting a more traditional management style.

    Fresh graduates are most welcome & good exposure opportunity before embarking the next career path.
    The good things1. Wide opportunities to learn the role and factory processes. 2. A lot of training & learning opportunity to grab. 3. Good office environment with friendly colleagues who feel like family. 4. Aggressive transition from manual to automated systems. 5. Annual bonus and salary adjustments. 6. Flexible working hour & work from home for office positions 7. Various exciting engagement activities for staff, especially those working in the WP/UOA office.
    The challenges1. Fast-paced environment and heavy workload for each role. 2. Some leaders/managers are rigid and lack empathy, which should be improved. 3.Favoritism toward certain individuals, causing high turnover. 4. Low salary - if you intend to earn more

    The challenges1. Management create a stressful environment by instilling a sense of fear to the employee thinking it would making the employee performing their best 2. Blaming inter-department culture 3. Workload can be too much by handling by one person

    The good thingsThe team is open to ideas which at the end of the day, results matter. Management will provide guides and lead everyone. I would say, it is a people orientated company.
    The challengesWe deal with many products. It is not easy to manage it. But this is why we need people who willing to take challenge in our company.

    The good thingsChance to learn the operation and details of the factory. Management would not limit you to learning other departments' operations so long as you are well versed within your own department and done all your tasks.
    The challengesThe management which was recently changed does not cherish or appreciate much on retaining talented staff. This has led to problems in retraining new hires and trying hard to retain them.

    The good thingsEnvironment, boss and colleague all is good. Stress level average depend on department and position i believe.
    The challengesSometime have to ot to finish work, have to fast, many documentation hv to follow & manual things to do. Working hours quite long 8.15 - 6pm but before 9am usually not too busy.

    The good thingsI love the people from treasury team and HR team. They are such a nice people!
    The challengesI just wish that they could provide spacious and comfortable room for Muslims worker to pray. Both of the prayer room are hot and steamy. That's the only cons that I could personally think of. Other than that, I enjoyed during my time in the company.

    The challengesToo much irrelevant work. No clear cut of job scope causing some of the old staffs tend to push the tasks to other departments. HOD lacks of leadership, responsibilities and protective to own department. Besides accepting task without logic, also lack of concern on the situation and resources as long as get the work done in limited time. Spotted some bias decisions makers.

    The good things- Very good exposure for fresh grads, - Company will not hold back to let u expose to a lot of things, - Very good and considerate department head, - Colleague are friendly and nice. - A very good place and environment for fresh grads to learn and gain experience.
    The challenges- People here likes to push jobs around;(especially non-tech/non-production personnel) - Lack of teamwork - Management may need to improve on employee appreciation. - Super fast pace job - Stressful
