Mi Technovation Berhad is a public listed company in KLSE since 20 June 2018. Our corporate journey began in 2007. The main subsidiary Mi Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd. was set up in 2021, ventured into the R&D and manufacturing of advanced packaging die sorting machines with vision inspection capability for the semiconductor industry. With the IPO proceeds, we accelerated our capacity expansion and commercialized a wider product range since 2019. We achieved significant milestone in April 2021 by acquiring Accurus Scientific Co. Ltd, a major supplier of semiconductor materials. In July 2022, we launched a new business unit to seize opportunities within the Automotive & Renewable Energy segment.
