overall job at here is once in lifetime to teach you but for career growth? definitely no. unless you really don't have any option out there.
The good thingsThe HR is actually good. If you have a great teamwork also then good for you.
The challengesManagement politics. If you new joiner, they expect you to work extra 10 times without having a rest even on weekend. They expect you to learn and do work during weekend even in the offer letter mentioned work hours only weekdays.
